Mangaluru: Milagres College, Hampankatta organized an orientation programme for the freshers, on Wednesday, June 19, at 10.30 AM, in the College Auditorium.
Vice-Principal Casin Rodrigues introduced the Resource Person and welcomed the gathering. Principal Rev. Fr. Michael L. Santhumayor gave the presidential remarks.
The Chief Guest of the program, Manoj Louis, Assistant Professor at Government First Grade College, Kavoor addressed the newly joined students. He briefed about Credit Based Choice System (CBCS) which includes Elective paper, MOOC online courses, Inter-disciplinary courses, Association Meetings, EC/CC system, Internal Marks etc. In his address to the students, he referred to the need of effective students quality. “Students must have focus in life, motivate themselves and should not misuse or abuse the technology” he said.
