Moodabidire: As many as 21 students of Alva’s Degree College cleared the Company Secretary (CS) Foundation examinations conducted in June 2018.
A total of 35 students pursuing their degree at the college had appeared for the exam that screens candidates eligible to pursue CS-executive course. Alva’s College has attained a pass percentage of 60 per cent, close to this year’s national average pass percentage of 61.
The aspirants were trained by the professors of the Bachelor of Business Administration department.
Prateeksha Vijaya Kumar, Prapti Arun Shetty, Sandhyashri H R, Naveen M Shettigar, Nayana Suresh, Neil Johnson, Pragati Shenoy, Vishal Shetty, Dechamma BS made the cut with exceptional scores.
Chairman of Alva’s Education Foundation Dr Mohan Alva congratulated the students for their stellar performance. He also appreciated the efforts of Principal Dr Kurian, professors and parents of the students.
