Vijayapura: As part of the second phase of Covid vaccination programme began for frontline workers, such as Police, the Superintendent of Police, Anupam Agrawal got himself vaccinated on Monday with vaccine Covishiled.
He got the vaccine administered at the vaccination center of District Government Hospital in the presence of District Surgeon, Sharanappa Katti.
Speaking to media persons after getting vaccinated, Agrawal said that the vaccination for frontline workers would be conducted for three days in the district. He said that after taking the vaccine, he felt nothing unusual feeling and he is normal.
He informed that some 1800 police officials have been registered for the vaccination. “ We have sent a message to all these officials to undergo vaccination and appealed them to take the jab without fail for their safety”, he said.
