Vijayapura: The villagers here in Gani village of Basavana Bagewadi, Vijayapura district condemned the move by BJP leaders who hoisted a party flag at a government run school.
The incident occured on Sunday during the meeting of party’s local committee ?and was ?attended by legislative council and senior BJP leader KS Eshwarappa and former minister SK Bellubbi. According to reports, the flag was hoisted by a BJP worker following instructions from Grama Panchayat Chair Person.
The villagers enraged with the controversial move urged the officials to take strict action against the leaders behing this incident.
