Karnataka reports six more COVID-19 cases on Thursday evening; Tally rises to 987

Bidar: Three people from Bidar and two others tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday, May 14 evening. This brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state to 987.

Earlier in the day, 22 people tested positive for the novel coronavirus and two people died from the disease.

Of the six cases reported on Thursday evening, three are from Bidar (all contacts of Patient 959), two are from Kalaburagi and one is from Mandya.

Although 987 cases have been confirmed, 35 are deaths, one is a non-COVID caused death and 460 are discharges.
