Bidar: BJP State president Nalin Kumar Kateel here observed that Congress will see total slump in the State in upcoming days as the infighting between Congress president D.K. Shivakumar and former CM Siddaramaiah will only worsen with time.
He was speaking at the booth level BJP workers’ meeting at Akka Mahadevi College in Basavakalyan here on Sunday March 7. He observed that BJP is winning people’s hearts due to good work done at the Centre as well as State with slowly realising the dream of Mahatma Gandhi’s Grama Swarajya, while Congress is still seeking vote in the name Mahatma Gandhi and freedom movement.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Laxman Savadi said that the works of Anubhava Mantapa will start soon with Rs 100 crore already sanctioned out of Rs 600 crore earmarked for the project. He stressed that Maratha Samaja and Maharashtra Ekikaran has no relationship.
MLA Somanna said that in 20 months we will strive to make the Basavakalyana taluk free of huts as we have already sanctioned construction of 7000 houses.
