Bengaluru: After BJP, now it is the turn of Congress where, a revolt has begun against the newly appointed KPCC president DK Shivakumar.
In the party activists’ meeting, Basavakalyana MLA B Narayana Rao alleged that DKShi is showing arrogance by not responding to him.
“He has not been picking my calls. Even if I offer a namaskara, he doesn’t acknowlodge it,” he lashed out in front of party leaders.
Speaking at the party leaders’ meeting, in Bidar, in which party working president Eshwar Khandre was also present, Rao, who is considered close to former CM Siddaramaiah stated that even if he stands in front of DKShi, he don’t acknowledge his presence.
“It is not good for the development of the party,” he said.
Rao’s statement comes amidst reports that Siddaramaiah and DKShi factions are now trying to take control of the state unit.
