Gokak: In a rather sarcastic statement, Ramesh Jarakiholi, who spearheaded the rebel movement in the Congress-JDS coalition government has said, “Wait and watch!….. in the coming days I will bring Siddaramaiah too into the BJP fold.”
Jarakiholi, who was seen in the Gokak constituency to cast his vote said that the entire state has seen the true face of his brother Sathish Jarakiholi.
“Over the last year, people have seen the true colours of Sathish. He was once considered a great leader, but now the entire state knows that he is a ‘waste body’, who tried to finish his own brother,” he said adding that Valmiki community has decided to reject Sathish completely. Ramesh said that the more Sathish tried to crush him, the more he bloomed in life.
“Keep watching. In days to come, I will bring Siddaramaiah into the BJP,” he said adding that Lakhan seems to have contested the by-polls to empty his money earned through illegal means.
When asked about Lakshmi Hebbalkar, Ramesh said that he does not want to talk about a lady who sold flowers at bus stops and counted coins at coin booths!
