Horatti made scathing attacks at both Congress and CM HDK stating that CM had become a puppet in the hands of Congress and was highly influenced by them.

He said that such a scenario was critical in the long run for the coalition and alleged that in every decision, HDK acts according to the whims and fancies of the Congress.

Horatti also claimed that he had said the same to CM Kumaraswamy as well.

He said that the Congress party in the state had become arrogant and that their decision was final in everything which he opined, does not serve the purpose of the coalition. There was no unity among their party leaders, he added.

Horatti said that former chief minister Siddaramaiah had chosen MLC S R Patil and Deputy Chief Minister G Parameshwar MLC Pratap Chandra Shetty from the Congress party, but at last the latter was chosen.

He said that he would request the Congress high command to look into this matter and also the conduct of the state Congress party leaders.
