Bengaluru: A city woman has complained to the President of India, through Facebook, alleging that she was sexually assaulted inside the Koramangala police station. She has also tagged the Bengaluru City Police Facebook page on her complaint.

In her complaint, the woman alleged that she was assaulted inside the station on April 6. “I have many proofs and a medical report for this,” she stated.

“I was admitted to the hospital and underwent treatment due to this assault. But a complaint is not received in the station,” she alleged. “Other police are not helping. I can’t visit the station every day. So I am lodging a complaint with you,” she informed.

Meanwhile, city police informed that an inquiry will be carried out in this regard.
