Bengaluru: The state government has decided to shift all coronavirus vaccination centres to safer locations such as schools, colleges, and others from hospitals and Primary Health Centres (PHCs).

The decision was arrived at taken at the state task force meeting chaired by Deputy Chief Minister and Task Force Chief Dr CN Ashwath Narayan. It discussed issues on how the task force should tackle current Covid – 19 situation.

Deputy CM also informed that 100 per cent of the taluk hospital beds will be converted into oxygen beds. Also 100 ICU beds will be set up in each district hospital in the least, he added.
