Bengaluru: The Uttara Kannada district is observing one of the devastating floods that the state has seen till date. People across the state are expressing their solidarity and trying their best to donate their bit towards the flood victims. Similarly, the Sandalwood actors have also requested their fans to join hands and support the flood victims at this time of crisis.
Amid this, Sandalwood actor “Real Star” Upendra has decided to donate Rs 5 lakh towards the flood victims of Uttara Kannada.
Taking to Twitter Upendra tweeted – “I’ll donate Rs 5 lakh towards the Chief Ministers’ Calamity Relief Fund to help the flood victims of Uttara Karnataka. I request you’ll to kindly donate your bit towards the flood victims and be of help to them.”
