Bengaluru: Three turncoats i.e. AH Vishwanath, MTB Nagaraj, and Muniratna continue to pose problemz to CM BS Yediyurappa as they are hellbent on getting a ministerial berth.
According to the sources, all the three now want BSY to get them elected to the upper house (state legislative council) and offer ministerial post.
A BJP leader informed Newskarnataka that Nagaraj and Vishwanath made CM BSY to listen to a senior advocate on the Supreme Court judgement to convince him that there is no legal hurdle to make them ministers, despite them having lost the by-polls.
They want BSY to convince any two BJP MLCs to resign and get them selected, say sources.
It is also said that Muniratna has started pressure tactics.
He is upset with BSY for his failure to rein on Saptagiri Gowda to withdraw case in the high court which resulted in delay in the election for the RR nagar assembly constituency.
Gowda’s petition in the high court against Muniratna’s election in 2018 assembly election had delayed by-election for this constituency.
