Bengaluru: In a big relief to the thousands of Driving License and Learner’s Driving License aspirants, the tests for the same will start in all the green zone districts including Udupi from Thursday, May 7.
The State transport department has taken a decision in this regard.
As per the notification, only 50% of the applicants will be allowed to participate in the testing after all the precautions including wearing masks, sanitinisers, and thermal screening are followed.
“The candidates will be sent intimation of date, and time through SMS,” added authorities from the department.
Meanwhile, the department also decided to start starting various services like vehicle registration, vehicle ownership transfer and renewal of the registration in all the zones from Thursday.
