Three-storey building collapses, one dies in tragedy

Bengaluru: In a fatal incident of fall of a three-storey building, a youth named Suhail has lost his life.

Suhail is said to be working as an electrician in the collapsed building.

This incident occurred on Saturday, November 10, in Thyagarajanagar area.

It is known that the reason for the collapse was due to deep excavation in the adjacent building.

The owner of the adjacent building is said to have excavating and this process had gone so deep, that it had affected the foundation of the collapsed building.

The Joint Commissioner of BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike), Vishwanath has assessed the situation and has said that an FIR was filed against the property owner, who was excavating and relating to this a person is also said to have been detained.

Meantime, the firefighters have urged the neighbours to vacate the area until the collapsed building is completely demolished.
