Bengaluru: The Supreme Court will hear the Enforcement Directorate (ED) petition against the Delhi High Court bail to Congress strongman from the state DK Shivakumar.
The Delhi High Court had granted bail to DKShi on October 23.
The ED had arrested DKShi under various provisions of the money laundering act. He spent 49 days in jail before securing bail. If the Supreme Court quashes the bail, DKShi may be forced to spend a few more days in jail. His bail will come for hearing in front of two-judge bench led by RF Nariman.
