Bengaluru: The cab aggregator service provider, Ola’s permission has been kept under suspension for the next six months. But the company has been given three days time to surrender its license.

According to the order copy, the permission has been suspended for six months as it has been found that Ola is operating bike taxies without permission.

The order was issued on March 21 by the joint commissioner (enforcement) of the state transport department.

According to the order copy, ANI technologies company and its app ‘Ola’ were found to be in violation of the terms and conditions fixed in the year 2016-17, while issuing the permit.

However, if sources in the state transport department are to be believed, the company is expected to move to the court of law, seeking legal relief in this case.
