State govt transfers 10 IPS officers

Bengaluru: The state government has transferred 10 IPS officers.

Kolar Superintendent of Police Dr. Rohini Katoch Sepat has been transferred to Bengaluru (South) following Deputy Commissioner of Police K Annamalai’s resignation.

A N Prakash Gowda, who was transferred from Hassan before the Lok Sabha elections, has been re-appointed as the Superintendent of Police of Hassan district.

Hassan SP Chethan Singh Rathore has been transferred to Ramanagara and Ramanagara SP B Ramesh appointed as the SP of Bengaluru Development Authority’s Special Task Force.

Kolar Gold Fields SP Karthik Reddy is appointed as the Kolar SP and Chamarajanagar SP as the SP of Bengaluru Wireless unit.

Raichur SP Dekka Kishore Babu is transferred to Bengaluru Internal Security Division. C B Vedamurthy of the Directorate of Civil Rights Enforcement Mangaluru, is appointed as Raichur SP and Criminal Investigation Department’s SP H D Anand Kumar is the next Chamarajanagar SP.
