Bengaluru: Shruthi Hariharan who created ripples in the Sandalwood with her #MeToo allegation on popular actor Arjun Sarja, has now taken a slight detour by attacking media.

Shruthi Hariharan had visited Women’s Commission along with her lawyer Ananth Naik today, i.e, on November 14.

While briefing about the incidents that happened on the sets of a Sandalwood movie “Vismaya” which starred Arjun Sarja and herself to the Chairperson of Women’s Commission Nagalakshmi, Shruthi was observed commenting on the media personnel gathered there.

She sarcastically said, “I am like sugar and these are like ants.” She also abused the media members as “Vultures.”

Enraged by this, the reporters rushed towards Shruthi when she came out of the Women’s Commission office and demanded an explanation from her.

She was seen behaving in a weird manner and constantly blaming the media. She told a lady journalist, “Madam, look at them, look at the way they are falling on me.”

Another lady reporter retorted, “When your movie gets released, you need media for publicity and when we report on the #MeToo row with facts, the same media persons become ants.” Shruthi still continued, “You must know better as you are also a woman madam.”

She refused to reply to the questions by the female reporter and with a grinning face, she just walked away.
