Bengaluru: Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has claimed that Shiva Sena is no longer communal as it has severed ties with BJP led National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
Speaking to the reporters in Dharwad he justified the party’s decision to form a government in Maharashtra.
He also slammed the union government for creating a constitutional crisis in Maharashtra by imposing a BJP government that lacks majority.
He also predicted the fall of the BJP government after the by election. “BJP needs to win atleast 8-9 seats to keep the government in tact. But the party is not in a position to win these number of seats,” he observed.
