Bengaluru: Within hours of assuming power, the BJP government in Karnataka transferred several IPS officers in the state.
Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Amar Kumar Pande and Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Sandeep Patil were transferred to Intelligence Department, Bidar Superintendent of Police (SP) D Devaraja has been transferred to Bengaluru Central and Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) S Girish has been transferred to North-East Division.
Chikkamagaluru Superintendent of Police K Annamalai has been transferred to Ramanagara. Interestingly, the Congress MLAs are staying in Eagleton Resort near Bidadi, which comes under the Ramanagara district.

Sandeep Patil, Deputy Inspector General of Police, KSRP has been transferred as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Intelligence, Bengaluru.
Amar Kumar Pandey, ADGP, Railways, Bengaluru has been transferred as the ADGP, Intelligence, Bengaluru.
S Girish, Superintendent of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Bengaluru is transferred as Deputy Commissioner of Police, North-East division, Bengaluru city.
