Bengaluru: One of the well-known officers of the state, Subodh Yadav (who was serving as the secretary at the Hyderabad-Karnataka regional development) board has been transferred to the central service.
Yadav confirmed his central government posting to NewsKarnataka.
Yadav said that he was going to be part of Team India as Joint Secretary (JS) of Water Resources, River Development, and Ganga Rejuvenation, GOI.
Yadav, a tough officer belonging to the Karnataka cadre, has always been known for his innovative thinking and project implementation skills. He launched several new initiatives in the Hyderabad-Karnataka region which paved the way for improvement in the education and health sector.
“I will always remain connected to this region. I have learned a lot here and will try to use it wherever possible to improve the system,” he stated.
