Bengaluru: An FIR against Naveen, Sanchari Vijay’s friend for rash riding and eventually leading actor’s demise post fatal accident has been registered here.
A case has been registered against Naveen under IPC section 279 and IPC section 338. Naveen has fractured his leg in the accident.
It can be recalled here that the accident occurred June 13 late night near L&T South City, JP Nagar 7th phase. The speeding motorbike skid and hit electric pole injuring Vijay’s brain and thigh. Vijay succumbed to injuries on Tuesday June 15 after being admitted and operated upon by a private hospital in Bannerghatta for over a day with brain failure .
