Bengaluru: Pre-University Education Department has published first and second PUC admission schedule and information on educational activities for the year 2018-19.
The PUC admission process begins from the very next day after SSLC result. The second PUC academic year would begin from May 2 and first PUC would begin from May 14. The intermediate holidays will be from October 14 to 28. The academical year will finish on March 20, 2019, said a release from the department.
The admission forms will be distributed for 5 working days from SSLC result. After publishing the list of applicant students, on the second working day, the first list of selected students will be published. On the fifth working day after publishing the third list of selected students, it will be allowed to provide admission to other students.
It is directed to all PU colleges that they must publish information on admission for the classes, combination-wise entrance information permitted by the department, fees structure in the college notice board, as well as in the college website.
