Prakash Raj during a function had called Prime Minister Narendra Modi a bigger actor than himself. Reacting to his statement, Pratap Simha who was in Mysuru Palace to give send off to Mahouts and Kavadis of Dasara elephants said, “What can Prime Minister Narendra Modi do in issues related to state. It is the responsibility of state government to look into those issues and arrest the accused. Even after a year, the state government has failed to arrest the culprits who were involved in the murder of M M Kalaburgi.”
“After the death of Gauri Lakesh, Prakash Raj who is said to be very good friend of hers, is raising his voice. Where was his voice and concern when 12 pro-Hindu activists were killed in a year. What was he doing when people of Karnataka were facing Cauvery water issue? If he speaks so irresponsibly against Modi who is working without taking a leave for more than three years, we can’t sit with our hands folded”, added Pratap Simha.
