Bengaluru: Siddaramaiah, the former chief minister on Friday stated that the people of the state would not support the BJP in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, even if the Prime minister and the president of the party came and resided in the state.
In a tweet, the former CM said that the BJP had converted coastal part of the state into its lab to carry out communal experiments and it is evident by the frequent visits of one or the other BJP leader there. He said this in context of BJP Chief Amit Shah’s recent visit to Mangaluru.
He also hit out against the party by alleging that they wanted the Ayodhya dispute to stay alive, hence the delay in building the Ram Mandir.
