Bengaluru: A day after party leaders including former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda cried in a public rally in the Holenarasipura, Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy announced that henceforth he has decided against crying in public platforms.
Speaking to the reporters in Bengaluru on Thursday he stated that the opposition parties are using the real pain and tears of his family members for their propaganda. “So even if we feel pain, we have decided not to cry in the public,” he stated.
“Every day when we meet people with a lot of problems including health crisis, naturally we turn emotional, but the opposition leaders do not understand the pain behind our tears,” he alleged.
“Those who looted the state are talking about my family. Deve Gowda has 60 years relation with Hassan. He is the man who built modern Hassan. Naturally, he would fight tears when he announced that he will not be contesting from Hassan,” he justified his father.
