Bengaluru: Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy has made it clear that there is no question of compromising in the NICE issue. “Those who have been party to corruption will face the consequences,” he said.
Speaking to the reporters in the city, he stated that a few people have crossed all the limits in the NICE scam and violated the law willfully. “You will reap what you sow, similarly, those who have committed corruption must face consequences. No one can mislead in this case as know the truth,” he said.
The CM’s statement gained political importance as it has been alleged that few Congress leaders are protecting the NICE company in the alleged corruption.
“Acting against the NICE is a risky decision. CM HDK may be forced to pay a heavy political price for this,” said a JDS MLA.
