Bengaluru: For the third time in last five years, former minister, mining baron Gali Janardhana Reddy has been sent to Parappana Agrahara. On Sunday, the city sessions court denied bail to him in the Ambident group bribery case. He has been sent to Parappana Agrahara yet again.
According to the CCB sources, the court sent him to 14 days judicial custody till November 24.
Earlier in the day, CCB police arrested him around 12.45 pm. He was in CCB office since Saturday evening. After arresting, the CCB sleuths took him for a medical checkup. After receiving a certificate from the doctors of the Victoria hospital he was taken to Koramangala and presented before the judge. Judge sent him to 14 days judicial custody.
