Bengaluru: There is no compromise when it comes to the development of my constituency and my issue with the state leadership is limited only to that, said enraged BJP MLA Bsanagouda Patil Yatnal.
Addressing the media in the city, he said, “I have no intention of becoming a minister in Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa government. I know when to bend and when to fight back. If I am soft-spoken now, it means that everything is going well, and this should not be considered as my weakness.”
Agreeing that he had been vocal about the transfer of officials, he said that he is not pleased with the funds released for the development of his constituency. “But, when it comes to the handling of the COVID-19 situation, the CM has done a tremendous job and he deserves our appreciation,” he said.
An aspirant for a ministerial berth since the BSY government was formed in the state, Yatnal has voiced his concerns over various issues.
