Bengaluru: Mohammed Nalapad Haris, the prime accused in the pub brawl moved Karnataka High Court, on March 5, challenging the rejection of his bail by the 63rd Sessions Court.
The court said that the matter will be heard on March 7.
Mohammed and his six friends were arrested after they brutally assaulted 24-year-old Vidwath, son of a businessman, in an uptown cafe in the city on February 17.
Central Crime Branch officials (CCB), on March 4, recorded the statement of Satvik the brother of Vidvat. On March 3, the CCB recorded Vidvat’s statement at Mallya Hospital, where he was admitted for treatment.
