Mohammed Nalapad gets conditional bail

Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court granted conditioned bail to the accused, Mohammad Nalapad Harris here on Thursday, June 14, pertaining to the assault on Vidhwath, son of businessman Loknath at Farzi Cafe in U B City on February 17.

The Court had heard the accused’s bail plea on Wednesday and reserved its judgment for today. The Court ordered the accused to submit a bond of Rs.2 lakh, two sureties to grant the bail.

The single-member Judicial Bench of John Michael Kunha had finished the hearing on Wednesday after listening to the arguments of senior advocate B V Acharya, who represented Nalapad and Special Public Prosecutor Shyamsundar.
