Bengaluru: Chikkaballapur MLA Dr K Sudhakar, who jumped from Congress to BJP to become a minister and won in the recently held by-election stated that as per the Supreme Court judgement, it is not possible to induct AH Vishwanath who lost from the Hunsur in the by-election into the state cabinet.

Speaking to the reporters, Sudhakar stated that as per the SC judgment, only those who win in the by-election can become ministers.

“We are now part of the BJP. CM BS Yediyurappa had assured minister post for all, but today he must follow the Court judgement,” he stated.

He expressed confidence that Yediyurappa will expand his cabinet soon. “I am optimistic. There is no doubt,” he stated.
