Bengaluru: State tourism minister C T Ravi has informed that Rs 367 crores has been sanctioned for the development of tourist spots in the state.
Speaking to the media on Saturday, December 7, after the release of “Hejje Gurutu”, an edition on the 100-day completion as the tourism minister, he said, “Already the work for construction of the star hotels at tourism spots like Hampi, Badami, Vijaypura and other place have been initiated. Under the ‘Prasada’ scheme, developmental works are underway at the Chamundi Hills Mysuru at a cost of Rs 75 crores.”
Meanwhile, the minister said that around three acres of land has been allotted by the Mysuru University for Classical Language Research Centre.
