Bengaluru: Days after Congress MLA Harris posted a three-page confidential discharge summary of Vidwat on Facebook, CCB officials are mulling slapping a notice on the MLA.
In his post Harris, whose son Mohammed Nalapad stands arrested in connection to the brutal assault on Vidwat at a Bengaluru pub, had wished well for Vidwath and members of his family.
The CCB officials, investigating the leak of the confidential report would be asking Harris how he managed to lay his hands on the confidential report. Meanwhile a notice has already been issued to Mallya Hospital on March 8 in this regards.
It is gathered that the CCB is seeking legal advice to issue notices to whosoever is involved in this matter.
Meanwhile, a notice has also been issued to Dr Anand, the plastic surgeon who treated Vidwath during his stay in Mallya Hospital. As per reports, Dr Anand’s brother is a close aide of the Congress MLA, and is aspiring to contest the BBMP polls in the coming years.
