Bengaluru: Karnataka Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Saturday May 22 announced that the state will make it mandatory for the people entering the state from other states to have a Covid negative report.
At the Karnataka border, the report will be checked, and only those who have a negative report will be allowed to enter the state.
Bommai stated that the rule is being implemented in the wake of instructions from the Central Government to curb the increasing number of Covid cases in Karnataka.
