Bengaluru: Dasanapura Agriculture Produce Marketing Committees (APMC) president Kadabagere Srinivas appeared before a magistrate on Thursday to give his statement. It may be recalled that Srinivas was shot at on February 3 at Kogilu Cross.
It is alleged that Srinivas accused Yelahanka MLA S R Vishwanath for the attack on him. While senior police officers refused to divulge details of the statement, Srinivas’s associates shared a video clip showing him accuse his political rivals. However, its contents could not be verified.
A senior police officer said that they are busy with security arrangements for Aero India. They would turn their focus on the probe once the event concludes.
