Bengaluru: A food stall was destroyed in a fire mishap reported from the Kempegowda International Airport of the city. No casualties have been reported.
According to the sources, the fire mishap occurred in a flood plaza opened near the airport entry. Around 20 food courts were opened here.
On Wednesday, fire broke out in one of the food stalls causing tension among the passengers. But the airport staff who rushed to the spot doused the fire immediately. The furniture and food prepared at the stall were destroyed in the incident.
According to the KIAL authorities, this incident did not impact air services.
