Bengaluru: It looks like the state government is planning to make buying liquor easier for the people. Reportedly, the Karnataka government has decided to amend and add regulations in the existing law with regard to the sale of liquor.
If reports are to be believed, people may soon be able to purchase liquor from the comfort of their homes and have it delivered to them.
The government is set to table the proposal during the session in Belagavi. Reports also say that this is being done to make up for the huge amounts of money being used to waive off farmers’ debts.
