Karnataka reports four more COVID-19 cases, total rises to 105

Bengaluru: As many as four new cases of COVID-9 have been reported from Karnataka on Wednesday, April 1. According to the latest bulletin released by the state health department, the total COVID-19 cases stands at 105.

So far, there have been only three deaths attributed to coronavirus and nine people have recovered.

The details of the new patients are as follows:

Patient 102 is a 24-year-old resident of Bengaluru. He has been isolated at a designated hospital in the city and a detailed investigation is underway.

Patient 103 (37-year-old male) and Patient 104 (27-year-old male) are residents of Nanjangud in Mysuru. They are also employees of the pharmaceutical company where many others have tested positive for COVID-19. They have been isolated at a designated hospital in Mysuru.

Patient 105 is a 33-year-old Bengaluru resident and is a contact of Patient 103. He has been isolated at a hospital in the city.

Additionally, the health department has asked all those who attended the Tablighi Jamaat congregation in the Nizamuddin Markar Masjid in New Delhi, to contact them at 080 29711171.
