Bengaluru: Following the reports that rural areas are witnessing a huge surge in the Covid 19 cases, the state government ordered mobile clinics in villages.

The doctors and para medical staff on training will be used for this purpose.

Under the initiative, every day 2-3 villages should be covered by the doctors. In one week, all the villages in a taluk should be covered by these mobile clinics.

According to the authorities the idea is to ensure that all the suspected patients will get the medical attention.

As per the government order, the taluk health officers are directed to send a report on daily activities of these mobile clinics to the state office.
