Bengaluru: The Janata Dal (United) has released its first list of candidates on Monday, April 16 for the upcoming Karnataka Legislative Assembly election. The party state unit president, son of former chief minister Late J H Patel, Mahima J. Patel will contest from the Chennagiri constituency.
Other candidates and their respective constituencies are Arun Kumar C. Patila from Alanda, Hazarat Ali Sheik from Kungola, Tapal Ganesh from Bellary city, G N Totad from Navalagunda, D.K Hittalamani from Ranebennur, Vijayendra Reddy from Chikkanayakanahalli, B.Ramayya from Nelamangala, Raju Nayaka Vadi from Hubballi Central, Rajeev Kotyan from Kundapur, Purushottam S from Doddaballapur, Dodda Mali Patil from Gurumitakal, S S Raddera from Gadag, S Ramachandrappa from Holalkere and G Eshappa from Koodlagi.
The second list will be released on April 22, which will have the names of more than 20 candidates, said Mahima Patel.
