Bengaluru: The JDS has convened its legislature party meeting on Sunday at 5 PM at a private hotel in the city. All the party’s MLAs and MLCs have been directed to attend this meeting.
According to the invitations sent to the party legislators by Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, party supremo H D Devegowda, state unit president H Vishwanath and other senior leaders will attend the meeting.
A JDS MLA informed that the looming threat of ‘Operation Kamala’ on the government will be discussed during the meeting. The performance of the JDS and Congress candidates in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections will also be reviewed.
“The CM has asked all the MLAs to attend the meeting without fail out of fear that a few JDS members may be in touch with BJP leaders,” he said.
