Bengaluru: JD(S) state unit president H K Kumaraswamy, who is also the MLA of Sakleshpur, has urged party leader from Mysuru, GT Devegowda, a former minister to make his decision clear about which party he wants to be with.
“He is of two minds and is creating a lot of confusion. We want him to clear his stand,” he said.
“GTD is in the JD(S) party only physically. Mentally he is in another party. It is affecting us. We will initiate strict action against him if he continues his double standard,” HKK said.
It can be recalled that recently, GTD has been siding with the BJP a lot. In the recent MLC by-polls, he openly admitted that he voted for BJP candidate Deputy Chief Minister Laxman Savadi.
Meanwhile, HKK informed that the JD(S) has approached Prashant Kishor to prepare the party for the next election. “Former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy will take the final decision in this regard,” he said.
