Bengaluru: In a big twist to the suicide case of Ramesh, personal secretary to former DCM Dr G Parameshwar, sources have confirmed that the Income Tax department officials quizzed him in Dr GP’s presence in connection with the black money and havala money transfers.
“He was key for all the investigations. His suicide has come as a set back to the IT,” said sources in the state intelligence.
Meanwhile, the IT authorities are expected to write to the Central Bureau of Investigation requesting an investigation into the NEET Under Graduate and NEET Post Graduate examination racket. “The examination is a big fraud. How is it possible to impersonate someone? Now there is a need for a national-level investigation. This raid on Dr GP is expected to expose the biggest-ever medical seat scam,” informed sources in the IT department.
