Bengaluru: It is official now that Chitradurga MP A Narayana Swamy will be inducted into the Union Cabinet.
The cabinet expansion exercise will happen Wednesday July 7 evening.
A Narayana Swamy who reached New Delhi on Tuesday July 6 evening met party National General Secretary (organisation) in the night. Later he confirmed that he will be inducted into the Union Government.
Narayana Swamy is a veteran BJP leader. He is the Dalit face of the party in Karnataka. Narayana Swamy originally hails from Anekal in Bengaluru rural. After his defeat in the 2018 state assembly election he was given ticket from Chitradurga Scheduled Caste Reserve Lok Sabha Constituency from where he won 2019 general election.
