Bengaluru: In an act of retaliation against the media, Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy has said that he will no longer hold press conferences, instead, he will speak only on stage. He then reportedly, instructed the police personnel not to allow press persons to enter the home office anymore.
On Thursday, November 22, after launching schemes for the poor, he lamented with the reporters that people no longer noticed his good work and always showed him in a negative light by misinterpreting his words. Expressing his determination to help the farmers, he said that he had never cheated them and that one of his main aims was to help them. “I am prepared to die for the farmers,” he stated.
Hitting back at BJP state chief B S Yeddyurappa, HDK said that he does not have the right to abuse the state coalition government as, in his three-year term, he wasn’t able to achieve anything.
