According to BBMP authorities, the city has reported a total of 109 H1N1 positive cases since September 1, however, no deaths have been reported so far.

According to the authorities, private hospitals have been directed to report all the positive cases to the BBMP health division in order to avoid a confusion in the number of cases. Most of the IT companies in the state are located in this zone," said an officer from the BBMP.
