Four Bengalureans die after car hits parked truck in Tamil Nadu

Bengaluru: Four residents of Rajajinagar in Bengaluru died on the spot when the car in which they were plying, hit a parked truck near Dindigal in Tamil Nadu, in the wee hours of Sunday.

According to the Tadikombu police in Dindigal, the incident was reported at 5 AM on Sunday.

“Four persons of Bengaluru city, who are the residents of the Rajajinagar area, were travelling in a car to Madurai. In Tadikombu, the car rammed into a truck parked on the side of the road. As a result, all the four travelling in the car died on the spot,” said the police.

The Rajajinagar police informed that they have received the information and that the family of the deceased have been informed.

The bodies were brought to Bengaluru around noon after a postmortem was conducted at the Dindigal district hospital.
