Ramanagara: After a physical fight between Congress MLAs Anand Singh of Hospet Constituency and MLA J N Ganesh from Kampli Constituency, an FIR has been filed against the latter in the Bidadi Police Station, here on Monday, January 21.
Anand Singh has filed a complaint accusing Ganesh for assaulting him.
On Saturday, January 19 late night at around 1.30 PM, Anand Singh, Ganesh while consuming liquor with two other MLAs got into a verbal dual while discussing their political journey leading finally to an assault with a liquor bottle.
Anand Singh fell on the floor and was injured.
He sustained injuries on his head, right eye, right shoulder, ribs and stomach.
Meanwhile, the doctors have recommended complete rest atleast for a month or two.
